ft999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and ft999 ("Platform") governing all use of the ft999 website at https://ft999.vip and every associated service, game, promotion and feature offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered on ft999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ft999's Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the ft999 platform.

To register and use ft999 you must satisfy all of the following requirements at registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ft999 strictly enforces the minimum age limit and conducts age verification at registration and at any later point it considers appropriate.
• You must be registering on your own behalf using your own identity and must not act as an agent for any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing ft999 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list and must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from ft999.

To access real-money games and betting you must complete account registration. You must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times.

• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. ft999 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• ft999 may request identity verification documents — such as a National ID card, passport or utility bill — at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected.
• Each player may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts are found, ft999 reserves the right to close all duplicates, void related bonuses and hold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• You must not share your account with or allow access to any other person. Any activity on your account is your sole responsibility regardless of who performed it.

ft999 may decline any account application or close an existing account at its discretion, subject to returning any genuine real-money balance after completing any required investigation.

ft999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other major commercial banks in Bangladesh — subject to individual bank processing times.
• All transactions are denominated in BDT. ft999 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
• Deposits are subject to identity verification. ft999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, except where ft999 expressly approves an alternative method following identity verification.
• Bonus funds and winnings from bonus play are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal. Any unmet rollover at expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• ft999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary by payment method and any pending KYC requirements on the account.

ft999 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any terms specific to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds separate from your real-money balance and carry a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. The rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus and winnings are forfeited.
• ft999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited at the time of amendment remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including multiple accounts or false identity — will be voided and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in that promotion. Where no requirement is stated, winnings are credited as bonus funds with the standard rollover applied.

ft999 may request additional verification from any player claiming a bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, including use of automated betting strategies designed to generate low-risk bonus rollovers.

ft999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following tools are available to every registered account holder to help manage gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit cannot be reduced without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Increases take effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: Configure automated reminders that alert you when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. During exclusion your account is suspended and you will receive no marketing communications from ft999.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent platform ban:

• Using automated software, bots, AI tools or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities — for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results or wagering patterns in a way that exploits the platform or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using ft999 in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information at registration, during KYC verification or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and not payable.

ft999 employs automated monitoring and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is suspected, ft999 may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice.

ft999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the timeframe specified by ft999.
• Where ft999 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory instruction or direction from a competent authority.

Upon closure for breach, ft999 may forfeit the account balance. Upon closure for any other reason, ft999 will return any genuine real-money balance via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

All content on the ft999 platform — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and audio — is the property of ft999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the ft999 platform without ft999's prior written consent, except as permitted under these Terms or by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ft999 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss or damage arising from interruption, suspension or termination of the ft999 platform or any service, whether caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure or any other event outside ft999's reasonable control.
• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data or indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the ft999 platform, even if ft999 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any content, advice or information obtained through your use of ft999 from third-party providers, including game providers, payment processors or any other external service integrated into the platform.

ft999 collects and processes personal data in connection with your registration and use of the platform. The categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal basis for processing and your rights are set out in ft999's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering with ft999 you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support, subject to the limitation that doing so may prevent ft999 from continuing to provide services where processing is necessary for that purpose.

ft999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ft999 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the last-updated date. For significant changes, ft999 may additionally notify registered players by email.

Your continued use of the ft999 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
